My parents have always been fans of Las Vegas; since I was a little girl they’ve always talked about how fun and different it is from any city in the US. Which is why I was so excited to learn we were going there to celebrate my 21st birthday.
We stayed 5 days in Vegas, arrived one Tuesday and checked in at The Wynn; since you enter the hotel hundreds of fresh flowers in sculptures welcome you and the view is stunning! Behind these there’s the casino, what people come for and what lights the night all around Vegas.
There’s thousands of things to do in Vegas! From all types of stores, to shows, beach parties, concerts, renting a helicopter, casinos and restaurants you can find something to do every day! We were lucky enough to go to 2 shows by Cirque Du Soleil: Love and O and they were both splendid! If you have the chance I’d definitely recommend you to see these two shows.
For food we ate a bit of everything, seafood, american food, sushi and some of the best burgers ever (there’s an article in the food section of the best Las Vegas food). But if you’re craving something specifically I definitely recommend you do some research because there’s hundreds of options!
The nightlife in Vegas is also amazing, there are different nightclubs and hundreds of casinos where you can have some of the beat nights ever. We were lucky enough to attend a Kygo concert at the XS Nightclub in Encore and it was amazing! We also had some great moments playing at the casino and enjoying the night!
Las Vegas can surely be tiring and it can have it’s fame all around the world, but if you’re looking for some place to have fun, enjoy life and be really happy this is definitely a place to consider!
Mis papás siempre han sido fans de Las Vegas; desde que era chiquita siempre hablaban acerca de lo diferente que era a cualquier ciudad de los Estados Unidos. Por lo que me emocioné mucho al enterarme de que al cumplir mis 21 años iría a visitar esta ciudad con ellos.
Nos quedamos 5 días en Las Vegas, llegamos un Martes en la tarde y nuestro hotel fue el Wynn; desde que entras el lobby te recibe con cientos de flores que forman diferentes esculturas y la vista de verdad es impresionante! Detrás de esto hay un casino (al igual que en todos los rincones, hoteles y restaurantes de la ciudad) y es justo por lo que las personas vienen de todo el mundo, para jugar y divertirse un rato.
Pero no solamente eso, en Vegas hay cientos de cosas que puedes hacer! Desde ir a shows, tiendas y centros comerciales hasta ir a fiestas en clubs, volar en helicóptero, rentar coches en el desierto y comer en alguno de los cientos de restaurantes que hay en esta ciudad. Nosotros tuvimos la oportunidad de ver 2 shows de Cirque Du Soleil; Love y O, la verdad ambos valieron mucho la pena y son 100% recomendados.
En el lado de la comida probamos un poco de todo! Mariscos, comida de USA, Sushi, Hamburguesas y unos de los mejores postres que hemos probado! Pero si están buscando algo en especial si les recomiendo hacer su investigación con tiempo y reservar ya que casi todo se llena muy rápido!
La vida nocturna en Las Vegas también es increíble, casi siempre hay conciertos, artistas y DJ’s en la ciudad! Puedes salir a bares, antros y al casino a divertirte con tus amigos y familiares! Nosotros tuvimos la buena suerte de que vimos Kygo en el XS club y fue una experiencia increíble! Puedes jugar en el casino antes o después y conoces a personas de todo el mundo que vienen a divertirse y pasar un buen rato.
Las Vegas definitivamente puede ser cansado y tiene una fama muy pesada en el mundo, pero si buscas un lugar donde comer bien, divertirte y en general pasar unos días felices y entretenidos, esta ciudad definitivamente debería de estar en tu lista.
