From rentable cars by the minute, paying everything by phone and buildings that touch the Sky Shanghai is the most modern city in China! There’s so much to do and so little time!
We were lucky enough to visit this city for 2 whole days which is why we were able to walk all around it! So here’s what you shouldn’t miss while you’re here!
Firstly go to the Yu Yuan gardens! They’re full of tourists yes! But they’re one of the most historic landmarks in Shanghai! This city can be too modern so it’s definitely worth it to visit this Chinese gardens that were built hundreds of years ago!
Our guide decided to take us to some Alleys in Shanghai! Full of local shops, food and stores! From fried squid to a Cat Café where you eat with cats this place is perfect for you if you wanna get lost!
The Bund! I know this place is the typical Shanghai tourist place! But trust me, it’s worth it! If you don’t like crowds I recommend going in daylight because there’s less people, but the real attraction is at night! The lights and displays are incredible! One thing you should definitely do is go up the Financial Shanghai Tower, we went all the way up to the 100th floor and believe me when I say that the feeling up there is unbelievable!
Visiting the Longhua Temple (traditional Buddhist Temple), People’s Square (parent’s of young Chinese people come here during the weekends to look for suitable matches for their children) and walking through local markets are all things that can compliment your Shanghai experience! Hopefully you’ll love it as much as we did!
Desde rentar coches por minuto, pagar todo con el celular o hasta subir a edificios que tocan el cielo, Shanghai es por mucho la ciudad más moderna de China! Hay muchísimo que ver en tan poco tiempo; así que vale la pena estar bien informado antes de visitar esta ciudad. Nosotros visitamos esta ciudad por 2 días enteros entonces pudimos conocer mucho de ella, pero aquí están las cosas que creemos que vale la pena visitar.
Primero que nada visita los Yu Yuan Gardens! Sí, si están llenos de turistas; pero son una de las atracciones más bonitas de todo Shanghai! Esta ciudad puede llegar a ser demasiado moderna y visitar estos jardines te recuerda a la China antigua y ayuda a apreciar la belleza de la arquitectura antigua.
Nuestro guía decidió llevarnos a unos callejones típicos Chinos; llenos de tiendas, restaurantes e inclusive cafés de gatos! Si están buscando un lugar tradicional chino donde puedan comprar productos locales, artesanías o solo caminar y apreciar el comercio interno este es el lugar para ustedes!
El famoso Bund! Yo se que esto es típico al ir a Shanghai, pero no hay mejor forma de apreciar la inmensidad de la ciudad que caminando por la orilla del mar y viendo todos los rascacielos de las empresas chinas más importantes. Si pueden visitarlo de noche vale todavía más la pena. Una cosa que vale mucho la pena es visitar la torre Financiera de Shanghai y subir hasta el piso 100! El sentimiento es inimaginable y la vista vale la pena!
También pueden visitar el Templo Longhua (Templo Budista muy tradicional), el People’s Square (aquí los padres de los adolescentes chinos les buscan pareja durantes los fines de semana) y caminar entre mercados Chinos todos son cosas que valen la pena para conocer esta ciudad a fondo!
